Implementation Methodology

The methodology that is employed for implementation is an important factor for the success of the project, irrespective of the technology / package. Agile Labs follows the Agile methodology for Implementing the business solution on Axpert Primarily there are 3 significant stages in this methodology.

Stage 1 (Aim): During this stage, the objective of the system that is being planned is clearly articulated by the client to the Implementing team. The same is documented and agreed upon.

Stage 2 (Create): Based on the objectives and priorities, the core business processes are defined during this stage. The User interface architecture and the navigation flows also built to make working product.

Verify: The working product is demonstrated to the client team comprising of the process owners and the management to verify if the product is in line with the objectives that were set in the previous stage. The product is also tested for its usability, look and feel, navigation etc.

Use & Feel: The select users are allowed to use the product with test data for getting the feedback. This part of the project is the critical success factor for the project. This cycle also serves as an effective training for the select users.

Redefine: Based on the actual use and feel, the feedbacks are collected and the system is redefined to align with the requirements and objectives.

Stage 3 (Live): After finalizing the system, the users are trained and the system is deployed.  After deploying the required programs and exe(s), the system will be declared Live for data entry. Master data entry and transaction data entry will commence from the time the system is declared Live
