ERP Testing
Role: Senior QE
The person will be responsible for ERP product testing. He should have a good knowledge of business processes in the ERP domain. He will be working closely with the implementation and development teams for coordinating the product/patch release process. He will also be responsible for training and mentoring of new hires in the team.
Skills:
* Extensive product testing experience in the ERP domain
* Experience in designing test cases, plan test execution, results reporting, Defect/bug tracking
* Troubleshooting and supporting customer issues.
* Ability to handle multiple projects concurrently
* Collaborating with various teams
* Have a strong sense of teamwork, self-starter, and team player
* Good skills in SQL and Oracle
Desirable:
Exposure to finance/accounting will be a great plus

3 to 5 years experience in programming in Delphi. The candidate should be a good object oriented programmer (not just a form designer in Delphi). Product development experience will be preferred. More weight age will be given to skill and expertise in Delphi over educational qualification.

4 to 5 years experience in creating PHP based applications. The candidate should be a good programmer with knowledge in creating web services using PHP. Just page designers will not suit this job. The developer is expected to develop a product that will include extensive string processing, expression parsing, generating HTML code, Java Script, AJAX. Only very good developers will be able to do this job. Skill will be weighed more than qualification.
