Mike is the President and CEO of his own international business alliance consulting group in Bangalore, India which is focusing on new opportunities in software development, product distribution and outsourcing including online customer interaction centers.

Mike created regent associates India ltd. In association with regent associates ltd. -- Europe"s largest mergers and acquisition specialists with global network.

Mike has been an active angel investor and has help form and fund a number of ventures in magic India, RELQ SW, IMORPH, ICR TECHNOLOGIES AND CODETHEATRE. Mike is also a general partner in infinity ventures and an investment advisor to Karnataka"s IT venture Fund Kitven.

 

Raghunathan Perumal, Director & CEO

Raghu is an Electronics and Communication engineering graduate from College of Engineering, Guindy Anna University, Chennai, India. He has completed his Masters in Business Administration from Indian Institute of Management, Ahmedabad, India. He has been in IT industry for the past 16+ years serving well known large organizations – Larsen & Turbo, Sonata Software, Cognizant Technology Solutions, Accenture and Wipro Technologies. .

He started his career with Apple Industries in Corporate planning. Then he moved on to Larsen & Toubro Limited where he was involved in computerization of various business functions. He spearheaded the implementation of home-grown ERP and successfully completed.

He also involved in organization-wide BPR initiative during his stint. Later he worked with Sonata Software Limited, where he was instrumental in building ERP business around the Mid-size ERP product- Scala. He was heading the complete delivery organization of the ERP division and handled business for clients in India, and neighboring countries. He, then worked for Cognizant Technology Solutions building the CRM business around Siebel.

During this tenure he handled CRM business in US, and UK markets. Later he joined Accenture as a Delivery Unit head within Energy and Utilities vertical. He then moved on to Wipro technologies where he built JD Edwards business from the scratch. He operated in US, Europe and Japan markets.

Raghu has been playing multiple roles in the organizations in different functional areas like Business Development, Solution Delivery, Client Management etc.

With a background in Engineering (Mech) from Bangalore University (batch of ’84) and a diploma in Confectionery manufacture from Germany was the Founder & CEO of a family run FMCG company from inception in ’87 till ’2000. Was actively involved in building and managing the business with a range of products with sales spread across different regions of the country. Co-founded Agile Labs Pvt Ltd (formerly Bluechip Infoway (P) Ltd), in 2001 in the capacity of one of the Founder Directors & COO of the Company.
